The exhibitor listings are live. Your company name, address, website, and contact info from your online listing will also be used in the printed show guide distributed at the show. Customers will get early digital access to the show guide, allowing them to plan their ultimate show experience before they even arrive.

How to update information in Map D:

• New user: Follow the prompts to create your password and login to update your profile.
• Existing user from previous show(s): Click on the “Continue” button and enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password” to recover it.

Complete the following:

• Company description (limited to a maximum of 75 words or 500 characters total).
• Upload your logo if it has not been uploaded. (If you have not ordered your logo and you want it to appear in the official online show guide, there is $195 + taxes charge that must be paid by December 6, 2024)
• Upload your video(s) to appear in your company profile. The cost of adding your video(s) is $215 + taxes.
• Check your product categories or add them (up to a maximum of 4)
• Check your mailing address, phone #, etc.
• Check your website address or add it in

Complimentary Add-Ons:

•  Add your social media addresses such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter(X), etc.
• Activate the Contact Form so visitors wishing to send you a personal message can do so using this option. (Your e-mail address will not be visible to visitors)

An email invite has been sent from account-invitation@mg.map-dynamics.com to Contact 1 from each company. A unique link with instructions was provided to edit your listing. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder, and email expocam@newcom.ca.
